Reskooler is a customized, cloud-based School ERP Software, developed, maintained, and supported by Posthangr Online Services Pvt Ltd. The ERP is hosted on third-party servers and may include the following components:
Academic and administrative ERP modules
Cloud data storage
SMS/email integrations
Payment gateway integrations
Premium support features
Note: Mobile applications and websites, if developed, are provided as optional add-ons and are not an integral part of the ERP system unless explicitly agreed in writing.
2. Types of Data Collected
a. Institutional Data
School/college name, address, contact details
Staff and student information
Timetables, exams, attendance, fees, reports
b. User Data
Names, phone numbers, email addresses
Login credentials (encrypted), access roles
Billing and payment data
c. Technical Data
Device details, browser version, IP address
Access logs, cookies, system usage patterns
d. Third-Party Data
SMS/email communication logs
Payment transaction logs via integrated gateways
e. Client Intellectual Property
The client may upload or provide:
Images (student/staff photos, banners, gallery content)

Audio clips, documents, PDFs, certificates, etc.
These are treated as confidential intellectual property, owned by the client. The Company only stores and processes this data for operational or display purposes within the ERP/app/website.
3. Purpose of Data Usage

Provide customer support and issue resolution
Train school staff and users
Correct data entry errors during premium support
Conduct analytics and improve system performance
Communicate via SMS/email
Comply with Indian legal and tax requirements

belongs to the client. Posthangr Online Services Pvt Ltd does not claim ownership over any client-provided content.
We are authorized only to process, store, and use such content for the functioning of the ERP, app, or website. Upon client request and post service termination, we may provide backup or delete content.
8. Data Security
We implement strict technical and administrative measures, including:
SSL/TLS encryption
Password hashing and access control
Secure hosting infrastructure
Regular data backups and monitoring
All practices are in accordance with the IT (Reasonable Security Practices and Procedures and Sensitive Personal Data or Information) Rules, 2011.

10. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability
While we take all reasonable measures to secure your data:

Weak or shared passwords
Device infections or lack of antivirus/firewall
Unauthorized internal access (staff/students/vendors)
Use of third-party software/scripts not approved by us
We comply with applicable laws under the Information Technology Act, 2000, but clients are solely responsible for protecting their login credentials and internal data access.
